This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made from ASVServicess for chicken feet, pork meats, and beef meats. Due to the perishable nature of meat products, refunds and returns are strictly regulated to ensure food safety, quality control, and fair business practices.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Products are spoiled, contaminated, or unsafe at the time of delivery

  • Delivery of incorrect products (wrong item, cut, or quantity)

  • Products arrive with damaged, broken, or compromised packaging

  • Products fail to meet the agreed specifications or quality standards confirmed at the time of sale

All requests are subject to inspection and approval by ASVServicess.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds or returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Improper storage, handling, or transportation by the customer after delivery

  • Partial or full consumption of the product

  • Delayed reporting beyond the stated timeframe

  • Products sold under promotional, discounted, or clearance terms (unless quality is compromised)

4. Reporting Timeframe

To be eligible for review, refund or replacement requests must be reported within:

  • 24 hours of delivery for fresh or chilled products

  • 48 hours of delivery for frozen products

Requests submitted outside these timeframes will not be considered.

5. Proof & Documentation Required

Customers must provide the following to support a refund request:

  • Valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Original packaging, labels, and batch details where applicable

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in rejection of the claim.

6. Inspection & Decision

ASVServicess reserves the right to:

  • Inspect the product upon return where feasible

  • Arrange third-party or on-site inspection if required

  • Make a final determination based on food safety and quality standards

All decisions made by ASVServicess are final.

7. Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be issued through one of the following options, at the company’s discretion:

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Credit note for future purchases

  • Replacement of the product with equal value

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

8. Responsibility After Delivery

Risk and responsibility for the products transfer to the customer upon delivery. Customers are responsible for maintaining proper storage conditions in compliance with food safety requirements after receipt.

9. Regulatory Compliance

ASVServicess operates in compliance with applicable food safety and hygiene regulations. This policy does not affect any statutory rights provided under applicable consumer or trade laws.

10. Policy Updates

ASVServicess reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will apply to all transactions.
