Requests submitted outside these timeframes will not be considered.

Make a final determination based on food safety and quality standards
All decisions made by ASVServicess are final.
7. Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be issued through one of the following options, at the company’s discretion:

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
8. Responsibility After Delivery
Risk and responsibility for the products transfer to the customer upon delivery. Customers are responsible for maintaining proper storage conditions in compliance with food safety requirements after receipt.

ASVServicess operates in compliance with applicable food safety and hygiene regulations. This policy does not affect any statutory rights provided under applicable consumer or trade laws.
