1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern all business transactions, sales, and services provided by ASVServicess. By placing an order, entering into an agreement, or using our services, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Business Scope

ASVServicess specializes in the wholesale and export supply of chicken feet, pork meats, and beef meats, including delivery services. All products are supplied for commercial and business use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Orders & Acceptance

• All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by ASVServicess.

• Orders may be accepted verbally, in writing, or electronically.

• Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified without written approval from ASVServicess.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

• Prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are exclusive of taxes, duties, shipping, and customs charges unless stated otherwise.

• Payment terms must be agreed upon prior to order confirmation.

• Late payments may attract penalties, interest, or suspension of future deliveries.

• ASVServicess reserves the right to revise prices without prior notice for unconfirmed orders.

5. Product Quality & Specifications

• All products are supplied in accordance with agreed specifications and applicable food safety standards.

• Due to the nature of meat products, minor variations in weight, size, or appearance may occur.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring products meet their local import regulations and requirements.

6. Delivery & Risk Transfer

• Delivery schedules are estimates unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Risk and responsibility for the products transfer to the customer upon delivery or dispatch, depending on agreed trade terms.

• ASVServicess is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, logistics providers, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Inspection & Claims

• Customers must inspect products immediately upon delivery.

• Any claims relating to quantity, quality, or damage must be reported within the agreed timeframe.

• Claims submitted after acceptance or outside the reporting period will not be considered.

8. Refunds & Returns

• Refunds or replacements are subject to ASVServicess’ Refund & Return Policy.

• Due to the perishable nature of meat products, returns are limited and strictly controlled.

9. Storage & Handling

• Proper storage, handling, and transportation after delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

• ASVServicess shall not be liable for product deterioration caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.

10. Compliance & Regulations

• ASVServicess operates in compliance with applicable food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.

• Customers are responsible for complying with all local laws, import regulations, and licensing requirements in their respective markets.

11. Limitation of Liability

• ASVServicess shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the products supplied under the relevant order.

12. Force Majeure

ASVServicess shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, or pandemics.

13. Confidentiality

All business information, pricing, and agreements exchanged between ASVServicess and customers shall be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts unless otherwise agreed.

15. Amendments

ASVServicess reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version shall apply to all current and future transactions.
